Our Approach

The Y.ES Collect Contemporary El Salvador coffee table book we designed was unveiled during Art Basel 2014 at a private reception at the 1111 Lincoln Road building. The event showcased the Y.ES Collect Contemporary El Salvador book, produced by Cader Frech and edited by Claire Breukel and Simon Vega. The book focuses on the emerging importance of the art scene in Central America. Contributors like former MoCA director Bonnie Clearwater and supermodel Christy Turlington Burns are also included in the book. Aside from the Thursday unveiling, the book was presented at the Art Basel Conversations Salon, the following day at the Miami Beach Convention Center, Hall C. Special kudos to our art director Adriana Mazariegos who did an excellent job designing a book that is both clean and bold, accessible yet edgy.

"When I held our hardcover coffee table book Y.ES Collect Contemporary El Salvador in my hands for the first time it almost brought me to tears. The beautiful clean design was absolutely gorgeous and visually translated our vision and goals perfectly. We could not be more thrilled with the work of Jacober Creative. Along with a finely tuned design aesthetic, they brought their knowledge of book design and printing, as well as infinite patience and kindness to our project."
