This year’s theme: “From Trust Falls to Bundt Cakes,” combines our taste for team building activities and desserts, and, rest assured there’ll be plenty of both.
We chose Palm Springs, not only for the beautiful landscape, but its rich place in history as a design mecca. And let’s be honest, zero hurricanes on the forecast doesn’t hurt either.
There will be architecture tours, design challenges, desert hikes, and, yes, plenty of good food and drinks. But, most importantly, we’ll have a curated itinerary created by Kendall LaPorte and Danny Ceballos, two leading experts on building community culture. After hours of (totally intrusive) interviews and “super high level briefs” with everyone on the team, they’ve meticulously crafted a schedule of activities that optimize our individual and combined strengths.
We’re looking forward to coming back from our retreat totally refreshed, reinvigorated, and ready for action.
