Jacober Creative is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support our digital marketing team in our Lincoln Road office. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for ongoing social media efforts including community management and engagement as well as execution of social media strategy, social ad campaigns and content development for a wide variety of clients.
Daily management and execution of social media campaigns, including: compelling and engaging content creation, community management, social advertising, influencer programs, brand ambassador initiatives, and more
Facilitate meaningful engagement for brands on all social channels, ensuring consistency of messages across multiple networks
Directly interact with audience to maximize community engagement, drive positive perception and word-of-mouth for clients
Monitor and respond to feedback and support issues on social channels in real time
Provide analytical overview reports of efforts across all channels
Build followers per each account on a weekly basis
Minimum 2 years previous agency or in-house social media experience is required
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
Deep knowledge of all key social sites, monitoring & publishing tools, social advertising, influencer programs and a working knowledge of SEO
Experience with Google Analytics, Mailchimp, SproutSocial.
Quickly learn new industries and execute strategies that may vary greatly by industry and audience type
Copy-writing skills are a must along with exceptional creativity when developing content
Ability to present, report and communicate in a compelling and articulate way
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
