250 Collins is a mid-century building that had been completely updated as a boutique collection of 27 luxury condo residences in the trendy South of Fifth district of Miami Beach. They needed a complete branding package, including a logo, and brochure and website design, that would showcase them as a fashionable development that combines tropical luxury with a casual and welcoming beach feel.
The logo we designed uses a classic geometric Neutraface sans-serif font, where all the letters are evenly spaced. It’s a 21st century typeface that also resonates with the Miami Modern original bones of the 250 Collins project. The icon is a stylized outline of a palm tree with the suggestion of the moon behind it, which can also be the “C” of Collins. The icon can work on its own with all sorts of collateral such as t-shirts and bags, and together with the name on things like business cards and brochures, to create a distinct, elegant but breezy, Miami Beach look.
