An exotic
homage to the Mexican fruit vendors working the public transportation stops, the GMM features tequila
(sorry Mr. Bond), zesty mango puree and tangy lime juice, then topped with a drop of Costeño chili oil. The allure evinced by this eye-catching concoction demanded we pay homage to it, as we did last year with the revamped virgin mocktail —
the Dirty Shirley.

‘Mango Is King of the Miami Summer’. Zak cleverly tempted customers with a tantalizing proposition: six mangoes in exchange for his renowned loaf of bread. Add some tequila and we’re in.
