Branding / Web Design / Web Development
The Alliance for GLBTQ Youth and Pridelines Youth Services created Project SAFE (safe accommodations for everyone) to address the needs of gay youth experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in Miami, Florida, in an affirming, inclusive and holistic way. They needed Jacober Creative to design materials that could be welcoming yet speak to today’s youth culture – from a new logo, to marketing collateral to a new website.
We created a logo that incorporates the classic SOS Morse code meme, which signified youth asking for help, one that also uses the rainbow color scheme, an international signifier of the LGBTQ community. The contemporary feel carried through in all media was upbeat and eye catching, exactly what Projec SAFE needed.
Project scope included:
• Logo and identity package
• Brochure and other print collateral
• Sample branded accessories
• Website design and development
