The Town of Surfside needed a new video to use along with the “Uptown Beachtown” campaign that we had already created for them, to present at marketing and tourism conferences, and at trade shows with partner hotels. Located on the ocean in Miami-Dade County, just north of South Beach, Surfside continues to promote their community as one suitable for upscale, adult activities, as well as casual and family-friendly ones. 

We chose to create a fluid, smooth video that incorporates great 360º views for maximum dramatic impact. An upbeat musical soundtrack carries the viewer through scenes of the same woman walking the beach, paddle boarding, biking the dune path, relaxing by a pool, playing with her dog in the park, driving down the main shopping strip, and skateboarding down a residential street. The sense of flow and capturing of the beauty and diversity of the Town of Surfside perfectly fits their needs and current campaign themes. Jacober Creative authored the video in its entirety, from conception, production to final edit.
