This foundation designs and implements programs for education, the environment, productivity, and wellbeing and culture in the Dominican Republic, as part of the efforts of the Tropicalia sustainable tourism and real estate development of Cisneros Real Estate. They needed a well designed, magazine-style, glossy report covering their work for 2014.

We created clean editorial layouts, using full bleed color photographs, beautifully designed info graphics, and strong typography. We feel pacing is incredibly important in any magazine, so we used a structured flat-plan with section breaks that helped the flow, allowing the content to breath and letting the reader know where he or she is in the publication. We recommended a coated, matte paper with a smooth silk feel, which gave the report a classy look and feel.
