This latest shoot was more than just another branding moment – it was a full-scale lifestyle immersion that captured the essence of discretion, service and elevated amenities.
 

1. Concept & Strategy: Luxury Without the Noise

An extension of previous campaigns, this latest concept kept high-net-worth individuals in mind. We focused on storytelling that prioritized privacy, security and concierge-level service. No fanfare. No flash. Just quiet confidence in a world-class setting. The goal? To elevate desire and drive reservations, without ever needing to say “exclusive.”

2. Talent & Team: All-Stars Return

Back by popular demand, our two original models reprised their roles, continuing the visual narrative from our previous campaign. Stylist Danny Santiago, best known for “And Just Like That,”  brought an editorial edge to the wardrobe, subtly layering sophistication with Palm Beach ease.

4. Creative Direction & Execution

Shot onsite by a curated creative team led by Jacober, the campaign embraced natural light, cinematic angles, a perfectly positioned puppy and the sleek geometry of marine design.  The goal? To create a “lookbook” that lands somewhere between a Louis Vuitton travel campaign and an off-duty Slim Aarons moment.

This latest shoot continues our work for the Town of Palm Beach Marina, following the success of “Anchored in the Heart of Palm Beach,” our inaugural campaign that earned multiple Neptune Awards, the Marina Marketing Association of America, and the bold, wink-if-you-know #IYKYK campaign, which picked up two Flagler Awards and a MarCom Award for creative excellence.
